The reality is that distress doesn't keep office hours. With 70% of young people reaching out during evenings, nights, and early mornings, our qualified counsellors are there, ready to listen. For many young people in crisis, we're their only safe place to turn.
In December alone, more than 600 young people contacted us each day. Yet heartbreakingly, due to limited resources, around 250 of those cries for help went unanswered daily.
