Draw 540 closes Sunday, 6 October 2024 at 10.00pm AEST. Drawn Wednesday, 9 October 2024 at 12.00pm AEST. Draw to be conducted at Suite 5 Cordova Street, Milton QLD 4064. Facebook Live draw. Public welcome. Winners notified by phone and in writing by email and registered mail on the day of the draw. Results published on the yourtown website at https://yourtownprizehomes.com.au/winners on Wednesday, 9 October 2024. Gold is valued at the purchase price on the day of the draw. Gold bullion selling costs of between 2 and 2.5% apply and are incurred by the winner at the time of sale. The value of the Gold Bullion could be affected by the fluctuating spot price on the day of sale. The true value of the gold if sold may not be worth the full prize value as purchased on the day of the draw. Small prop items used for photographic display only and not included with the prize. Persons under the age of 18 years are not eligible to enter. Maximum number of tickets 500,000. Tickets are numbered consecutively within the permitted ticket range, however tickets within multiple batches may not be numbered consecutively. Floor plans may not be to scale. Unclaimed Prizes in ACT and NSW
If a prize is unclaimed in the ACT and NSW within 3 months of the draw date, yourtown will comply with the terms and conditions stipulated by ACT Gaming and Racing Commission in relation to a redraw. Such redraw for any unclaimed prizes for yourtown Draw 540 1st Prize or Draw 540 myplace member and Draw 540 Bonus draws would occur at yourtown, Suite 5, Cordova St, Milton Qld 4064 on Thursday, 9 January 2025. The main 1st prize would be redrawn by barrel commencing at 12:00pm AEST and any myplace and bonus draws unclaimed via electronic draws at 6am.

Unclaimed Prizes in other States (excluding ACT and NSW)
Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of the Draw. In the event that 1st Prize remains unclaimed for one year following the date of Draw 540 a redraw will be conducted on Thursday 9 October 2025 (AEST) at 12.00pm AEST at yourtown Head Office, 5 Cordova Street Milton Qld 4064 by barrel draw. In the event that any bonus draws above $5,000 in value or member draws above $5,000 in value remain unclaimed for one year following their draw dates, these will be redrawn on Thursday 9 October 2025 at 6.00am by electronic draw at yourtown Head Office, 5 Cordova Street Milton Qld 4064. Any prizes won by Entrants excluding NSW and ACT residents under $5,000 in value that have not been claimed within twelve months of the listed Draw Date will be sold and the proceeds applied to yourtown’s charity purposes.
