Public welcome. Winners notified by telephone and in writing by email and registered mail on day of the draw. Results published on the yourtown website at yourtownprizehome.com.au/winners on Friday 19 April 2024. Motor vehicle colour purchased is Santorini Black. Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance is not included however will need to be purchased by the winner prior to possession. All prizes ex Brisbane. Gold is valued at the purchase price on the day of the draw. Selling costs of between 2 and 2.5% apply and are incurred by the winner at the time of sale. The value of the Gold Bullion could be affected by the fluctuating spot price on the day of sale. The true value of the gold if sold may not be worth the full prize value as purchased on the day of the draw. All vouchers/gift cards to be redeemed as per the conditions stated by the supplier. Motor vehicle photographs have been used for display purposes only and may not represent the exact vehicle ordered. Travel photographs have been used for display purposes only. Persons under the age of 18 years are not eligible to enter. Unclaimed Prizes in ACT only
If a prize is unclaimed in the ACT within 3 months of the draw date, yourtown will comply with the terms and conditions stipulated by ACT Gaming and Racing Commission in relation to a redraw. Such redraw for yourtown Draw 1143 would occur at yourtown, Suite 5, Cordova St, Milton Qld 4064 on Friday, 19 July 2024 commencing at 12:00pm AEST.
Note: “ACT” refers to the ACT address listed on the ticket of the purchaser.

Unclaimed Prizes in other States (excluding ACT and NSW)
Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of the Draw. In the event that 1st Prize remains unclaimed for one year following the date of Draw 1143 a redraw will be conducted on Monday 21 April 2025 (AEST) at 12.00pm AEST at yourtown Head Office, 5 Cordova Street Milton Qld 4064 by barrel draw. In the event that any bonus draws above $5,000 in value or member draws above $5,000 in value remain unclaimed for one year following their draw dates, these will be redrawn on Monday 21 April 2025 at 6.00am by electronic draw at yourtown Head Office, 5 Cordova Street Milton Qld 4064. Any prizes won by Entrants excluding NSW and ACT residents under $5,000 in value that have not been claimed within twelve months of the listed Draw Date will be sold and the proceeds applied to yourtown’s charity purposes.
